We accept many forms of insurance. We are currently working on adding a list of all accepted providers to this page. In the meantime, please call our office at 833-628-5433 to see if we are in-network with your insurance provider.

Please note that we do not accept the Oregon Health Plan (OHP).

If we are out of network or you are uninsured, don’t worry! We also offer self-pay options. Speak to our front desk for more information.
