Dr. Nicole-Marie Westbrook

Dr. Nicole-Marie Westbrook is originally from Linden, a very small town in middle Tennessee, where she was raised on a modest family farm. She has loved Oregon since her first time visiting the state when she was 11. Her mother and several relatives live in Lane County, which helped motivate her to move to this area. The close proximity of oceans, mountains, forests, and rivers provide her with the perfect place to live an active outdoor lifestyle, something she enjoys when she is not educating and caring for her patients. Both of Dr. Westbrook’s parents are military members, driving her compassion towards all service members both in the office and during her free time.

From a young age, Dr. Nicole-Marie became passionate about chiropractic and the different aspects of health it can benefit. After witnessing her father avoid both shoulder and lumbar spinal surgeries by utilizing chiropractic care, she became determined to become a doctor of chiropractic. At the age of 13, she was injured playing sports. She was initially given a poor prognosis of permanent damage to her pelvis and low back that would affect her growth and physical ability. However, after receiving chiropractic treatment she not only recovered rapidly but avoided any compromise in her development and quality of life. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in General Science from Middle Tennessee State University she traveled to Florida to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic, Port Orange campus, receiving her Doctor of Chiropractic in 2015. It is now Dr. Nicole-Marie’s passion to help the people of Lane County recover from traumatic injuries and improve functionality and overall health for people of all ages.

Dr. Natalia was born and raised in Carolina, Puerto Rico. After receiving her bachelor’s of science in Cellular and Molecular Biology at the University of Puerto Rico, she moved to Oregon and finished her Doctorate in Chiropractic at University of Western States in Portland.

She loves helping her patients first regain their mobility, then focus on regaining stability and improving their quality of life. Her goals for her patients are to improve function, decrease pain, and prevent future injury. Dr. Natalia understands the importance of working with an integrated team in order to provide whole-body health to her patients. She is dedicated to educating and empowering others by giving them the tools they need, both in and out of the office, to enjoy a pain-free life.

Dr. Natalia is bilingual (English/Spanish), a health enthusiast, a foodie, loves to dance (especially salsa), and enjoys staying active, especially if it involves the outdoors with her dog Cali!

Dr. Tyler Furgason

Dr. Tyler Furgason is a Eugene native and graduated from Sheldon High School. He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland.

Dr. Tyler’s focus is on restoring pain-free range of motion so patients can get back to doing what they love. Just as important to him is helping patients reshape the way they think about pain itself – he believes too many people think they don’t have control over their own health and movement, when in reality our bodies are often stronger and more capable than we give them credit for. He works with patients to help them recognize when it’s okay to push through discomfort and when it’s time to rest, building confidence in their own bodies along the way.

Outside the office, Dr. Tyler enjoys disc golf, working in the yard, coaching Kidsports lacrosse, and spending time with his wife, son and dog.
